Good question. ASEAN governments are planning to drag everyone to huge endeavors such as a single market and a single identity, but we are all not consulted. No copies of the draft ASEAN charter has been made available, except this one which PCIJ obtained from a source.
Wife killed, Saguisag critical after car crash on Pasay road
I may disagree with former Senator Saguisag’s views on People Power and the Estrada ouster, trial and pardon, but I wish him well. He is a very articulate man, with no known record of mischief as senator, and remained for the longest time, the poorest senator of the land, in terms of income and assets. Also, condolences to the Saguisag family on the death of former DSWD Sec. Dulce Saguisag.
