The iPhone 3G and the EEE PC emerged as the gadgets of the year as chosen by readers and editors of UK’s Stuff magazine.

Voters catapulted the iPhone 3G to the top spot, with editors choosing the EEE PC.

The judges said that the affordable EEE PCs launch radically changed the laptop market and started the “laptop for everyone” era.

Other winners include Nokia (international brand), the MacBook Air (design) and the Grand Theft Auto IV (game).
