If you pollute the earth, you not only commit an offense against the law, but also against God.

This is according to an interview on “new sins” with a Vatican theologian.

The theologian also warned against the dangers of genetic manipulation:

(Within bioethics) there are areas where we absolutely must denounce some violations of the fundamental rights of human nature through experiments and genetic manipulation whose outcome is difficult to predict and control
