IBON Foundation released Wednesday the results of a new survey that gauged public (dis-)satisfaction regarding President Arroyo and her performance as leader.

Clue to the results: Arroyo is in the same sinking boat as George W. Bush.

In sum, about 71 percent gave Arroyo failing marks. Asked to rate her performance as Chief Executive, only 6.63 percent have Arroyo a satisfactory rating.

The only difference is that Bush will leave the US presidency by January 20, 2009 while Arroyo plots to stay on perhaps for good.
