Engineer Ramon Ramirez, a people’s engineer, documentor and archivist, has finally joined the Philippine blogosphere.

Now in his 60s, Monram is still active in people’s movements and is the main man behind Arkibong Bayan. He is a active in many mailing lists where he posts his insights on national affairs, especially those concerning science, technology and engineering.
